This article mainly analyzes the necessity and importance that the super high voltage transformer oil should be thoroughly treated And it also analyzes the key factors that considerably influence the efficiency of the Vacuum Purifier.In addition,it describes the general design concept for the HEP100S vacuum purifier,its process automation,efficiency as well as the simplicity and convenience of its handling and operation.The study pointed out that the vacuum degree is the principle factor that influences the efficiency of the Vacuum Purifier based on the specific system conditions like flow rate,temperature of the oil.After detailed calculations,experiments,comparisons with the two-phase Transformer Oil Vacuum Purifier,the result shows that the Three- phase Purifier's performance surpasses the two-phase purifier both in treatment efficiency and effectiveness.
Vacuum filtration is one of the main methods for dehydrating and degassing on transformer oil.In this paper,theory analysis of transformer oil wastage phenomenon under the condition of vacuum filtration was carried out,and the simulated experiments were made in the laboratory under different temperature and vacuum degree,the comparative study was done by the industrial device at the same time.Experimental results show that the wastage of transformer oil increases with an increase in experimental temperature and a decrease in vacuum degree.The lower the temperature,the higher the vacuum degree,the less the wastage of transformer oil.The minimum wastage is 0.02%·h-1,the maximum wastage is 0.38%·h-1.The wastage of transformer oil is 0.04% ·h-1 under cooling filter condition(30℃)and the wastage of transformer oil is 0.08%·h-1 under heating filter condition(60℃)with industrial vacuum oil filter.
